ICAN of Central Ohio
International Cesarean Awareness Network
Support for women seeking information on cesarean prevention, vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), emotional recovery from a cesarean, monthly group meetings and a free lending library. Thursday meetings are from 7:00p-9:00p, and Saturday meetings are from 10:00a-12:00p ICAN of Central Ohio meets in Worthington at the CHOICE office, 5721 North High Street (lower level). Parking is free & children are welcome!

CHOICE Parent Support Group
This group meets every Tuesday from 11am to 2pm at the CHOICE office (5721 N. High  Street Columbus, lower level, 614-263-2229) to include guest speakers, sharing common experiences, birth stories (with photographs, slides and videos) and parenting concerns. Various topics are explored, depending upon the needs, interests and concerns of the group, such as: adjusting to life with a new baby, the family bed, breastfeeding, discipline, immunizations, infant cranial massage, finding time together as a couple, etc. It is hoped that experienced parents will share their experiences with parents-to-be. All parents (and children) are welcome. There is no charge for this service.
